🥬Alpine Bok Choy White Stem Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera) is most commonly known for its tender texture and mild, sweet flavor. This cabbage is very fast growing and is one of the most used vegetables in various Asian dishes due to its excellent flavor, texture and size. Use in stir-fries with beef, pork, seafood. Also great in salads when leaves are young.

🌱 How To Grow Alpine Bok Choy Seeds🌿

✅ Soil Preparation: Ensure the soil is loose, fertile, and well-drained.
✅ Sowing Depth: Sow seeds about 0.197 inches (1/4 inch) deep, avoiding burying them too deep.
✅ Watering: Keep the soil moist but avoid overwatering, ensuring no water accumulation.
✅ Germination & Growth: Seeds will germinate in about 7-14 days, maintain proper light and moisture during this period.
✅ Thinning & Transplanting: Thin or transplant seedlings when they reach 2-3 inches, ensuring each plant has enough space to grow.
✅ Pest prevention measures：Surround stem with a 10 cm mat with a slit cut into it for the stem to prevent cabbage root fly from destroying the roots. Use fine mesh or fleece over the summer to prevent butterflies laying eggs on the underside of leaves - caterpillars can destroy these plants.
